If you wash your hair everyday, you are you are also washing out the natural oils that your hair needs to be healthy. Washing your hair between 2 and 4 times a week is recommended to keep the hair healthy.
Some people believe that getting their hair trimmed regularly will promote hair growth. This is not true, however, getting frequent trims is important in promoting hair growth. When a person has their hair trimmed regularly, they are protecting their hair from split ends and breakage. The more your hair breaks on the ends, the longer it will take to grow it to the length that you want.
